God Squad is an after school program for children attending third, fourth and fifth grades. God Squad starts in October and concludes in early May. God Squad follows the public school calendar and school cancellations.

     God Squad children are transported to the church from Bishop Hogan, Field Elementary and Central Elementary Schools. They are served a snack, have large and small group activities that are Bible based. Topics that have been covered in past years are Jesus' Parables, Fruit of the Spirit, World of Creation, Awesome Bible Adventures and The Christmas Story. Their Bibles are used for looking up verses and for the stories. Activities include crafts, Christian Growth, service projects, Bible puzzles, and Bible skills.

     God Squad visits with the elderly at one of the local Nursing Homes once a month. They visit, share stories, and take completed craft items for the residents. The residents are eager for their visits!

     Parent volunteers that drive, send snacks and drinks and help in the classroom support God Squad. God Squad is led by the Christian Life Director and supported by the Education Commission.
